Moga/Baghapurana:
ADGP MF Farukhi’s pilot escort vehicle met with an accident near Chand Purana Toll on Moga-Kotakpura road. Four policemen in this pilot vehicle were injured and were taken to the Civil Hospital in Moga.
On the spot, the villagers pulled out the policeman in the pilot vehicle and took him to the hospital. On this occasion, ADGP MF Farukhi while talking to reporters said that he was going to Bathinda on official work. Heavy rain caused the pilot vehicle to slip and lose its balance and hit a tree.
There were four policemen in the vehicle, they were injured but there was no loss of life. After coming to know about the incident, SSP J. Ilanchelian reached the Civil Hospital and inquired about the condition of the injured.
